Description
The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Federal Occupational Health Service (FOHS) has a requirement to acquire programmatic advice and operations management services for the FOHS Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services Division. FOHS intends to award multiple Personal Services contracts in accordance with FOHS?s statutory authority. The Contractors shall advise on all aspects of the successful design and delivery of behavioral health services that meet the highest standards for quality and reliability in the industry. Services will be provided to FOHS customer agency personnel located throughout the United States, United States Territories and in international locations. The period of performance is for a base year with four one-year options. Qualified individuals must possess a minimum of a Master?s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited college/university and at least five years experience managing a large, complex EAP serving multiple customer organizations. FOHS defines a large and complex EAP to be: Serving more than 200,000 employees located within more than 50 customer organizations or diverse worksites and experience must encompass operations, sales or marketing. Work experience in a Federal Government service delivery organization that competed with other providers for available business is desirable. Solicitation Number 233-03-0308 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website approximately 15 days after the publication of this notice. This requirement is 100% set-aside for competition amongst small businesses. The NAICS is 624190--$6 Million. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.
