- CONTACT PHIL WHALEN, CONTRACTING OFFICER?S REPRESENTATIVE, AT 530-622-5061 x5285, IF THERE ARE ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS SOLICITATION. The intent of this solicitation is for the supply, delivery, and application of liquid asphalt products. This is an IDIQ Commercial Item purchase of liquid asphalt products used for road re-surfacing and/or repair. Delivery would be to various locations on the Eldorado National Forest. The Eldorado National Forest is located in California, between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Specific information regarding delivery locations will be included with the solicitation. There will be no pre-bid meeting or tour. Solicitation package shall be posted on the Internet on April 1, 2003. Response date is April 11, 2003 by close of business (4:30 pm).
