- The project consists of all labor, transportation, incidentals, and materials necessary to grade and shape existing roadway and ditches, construct ditches, removing and replacing culverts, installing new culverts, stripping and replacing topsoil on disturbed areas, removing and installing government furnished cattleguards and signs.
