- Description
- The Corporation for National and Community Service, a wholly-owned Government Corporation intends to negotiate a contract with the Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of Government for a field network evaluation study deploying indigenous field-research analysts to study the ways the Corporation and non-profit and civic institutions work together to build institutional and community capacity (See numbered note 22). Proposals must be submitted in writing to the contracting office address listed in this announcement by COB, May 1, 2003.
