- This is a modification to combined synopsis/solicitation number RS-ADM-03-161. The combined synopsis/solicitation number RS-ADM-03-161 is amended as set forth below. NOTE: THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY AMENDMENT TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. A WRITTEN AMENDMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The hour and date specified for receipt of responses remains 3/28/03 at 3:00 p.m. local time.
