Description
This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is only an announcement; quotations are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number is M00681-03-T-0128. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 337127 and the business standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed price on the following: 2 , Cabinet, Folio Band W/O Doors, 15, Seven Shelf units, 2, Cabinet Instrument Storage W/Doors and 8, Cabinet W/Doors to be located at, MCRD 4402 Belleau Ave, San Diego California 92140. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocation System. Quotes must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time 26 March 2003. Quotes sent via U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S.M.C. PO Box 1609, Oceanside, California, 92051-1609. Quotes sent via Federal Express should be sent to Regional Contracting Office-SW Region, Bldg. 22180, MCB, Camp Pendleton, Ca. 92055. All quotes not sent through the U.S. Postal Service will be considered to be hand carried and direct delivered. Hand carried quotes must be delivered to the Regional Contracting Office-SW, Building 22180, MCB, Camp Pendleton, Ca. Direct delivery of quotes is only possible during weekdays, excluding Federal holidays, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Quotes may also be submitted via facsimile number (760) 725-8445 or (760) 725-4346, Attn: Kimberly Johnson/Judy Vinzant. The Vendor bears bu rden of ensuring that all pages of the quote (and any authorized modifications) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in this solicitation. Pages of a facsimile transmission that arrive in the office after the specified deadline will not be considered. The Vendor bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile transmissions and should confirm by telephone that any facsimile was received. Facsimile transmissions must clearly state the solicitation number and the name on the first page to ensure proper receipt. Offers sent via US Postal Service should be mailed to the Contracting Office P.O.
