Description

NA This project consists of all plant, material, labor, and supervision for Add/Alter/Repair Bldg. 449. Work will include, but is not limited to: Government Furnished Contractor Installed Items (GFCI), demolition, excavation, paving, lawn restoration, concre te footings, foundations, masonry block, EFIS exterior walls, standing seam roofing, interior partitions, finishes, floors, ceilings, plumbing, mechanical building system, electrical, lighting, and special systems. Magnitude of the project is between $500 ,000 and $1,000,000. Bid opening date will be on or about 28 April 2003. Construction time will be three hundred (300) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be available fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announ cement from the Nationwide NG Posting for Electronic Business Solicitations (EBS) via LINKURL: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp This link will give interested bidders access to the EBS site. Interested bidders will be required to register on the EBS site to receive the solicitation. Clicking on the solicitation number link will start the registration process. Successful bidder m ust be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR Registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. All requests for solicitations shall go through the Nationwide NG Posting for Electronic Business Solicitations (EB S) via LINKURL: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. The entire solicitation including plans and specifications will be available through the EBS site only. This project is an unrestricted acquisition.
