- NA The Installation Division of the Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is planning to award a fixed price contract to a hotel to house personnel during their stay at Fort Eustis VA. The Standard Industrial Classification is 7011 (NAICS 721110) and wil l be unrestricted. Hotels must be located within a 20 mile radius of Fort Eustis to be considered. Approximately 61 rooms will be needed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Period of performance is 01 April 2003-30 Sep tember 2003 - With a six (6) month option period.
