- NA Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to build Network Operations Center Building for the 89th Regional Support Command, U.S. Army Reserves, 3130 Geo Washington Blvd., Wichita, KS. Type of contract is Firm Fixed Price. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract performance period is 93 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Approximate issue date is 01 April 2003. Copies of the solicitation may be downloaded from the web site FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation and drawings may be obtained by contacting the point of contact noted below via e-mail or facsimile at 316-652-2386 (no telephone calls please). All responsibile sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. Contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be r egistered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) to be awarded DoD contracts.
