- This is a combined synopsis/ sole source solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FUO61930291000, is issued as a request for quotation. This is a Total HubZone Small Business Set Aside. Travis AFB intents to award a sole source contract to Virtual Media Integration (VMI), 207 East Main Street, Pensacola, Florida on or before 7 APR 03. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-07 and Defense DCN 04-26. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6695. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7373. The North American Industry Classification System is 541512 and the associated business size standard is $21.0M. X 17? IMAGING PLATES. ITEMS 1 AND 2 INCLUDE ASSEMBLY/SET UP, ONE WEEK ON SITE TRAINING, EQUIPMENT WARRANTY FOR THREE YEARS FROM PURCHASE, AND PARTS ADDITIONAL AFTER FIRST 18 MONTHS. Notice 1: The items listed herein are the only products that meet the minimum needs of the government and thus constitute a BRAND NAME only requirement; no equals will be accepted. All item(s) shall be delivered to Travis AFB, CA no later than 30 days after receipt of order. Notice 2: Price is to include FOB Destination charges to Travis AFB CA.
