- Responses should include the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of the products and services that are discussed in the response. The definitions of the various TRLs can be found at see.msfc.nasa.gov/WorkShop/TRL%20Descriptions.doc or http://web.deskbook.osd.mil/reflib/MDOD/031DR/016/031DR016DOC.HTM . These documents are posted on HERBB http://www.herbb.hanscom.af.mil/ under the Lasercom program. The response may include both unclassified and classified material up to Top Secret (program level). The unclassified response must identify if there is a classified portion. The classified material should be separated from the remaining portion of the response. The classified portion should be submitted only as a single hard copy and a single soft copy of the response. An address to send the classified portion of the response will be posted on HERBB by 21 March 2003. Responses are due to Mr. Bill Donaldson by 1700 hrs on 28 Mar 2003. All other information and requirements for this RFI remain the same.
