- Description
- This procurement is for a design and construction of a bed addition at the VA Medical Center, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The procurement will be accomplished through a two-step process. Step 1 will be the qualification phase. The Step 1 evaluation will result in a determination of the most qualified proposals. Step 2 will involve development of design and submission of price by firms determined to be most qualified in Step 1. The bed addition includes about 110,000 SF of new construction and some remodel work in an adjacent building. Cost Range: $25,000,000-$35,000,000. This solicitation is considered Unrestricted. Step 1 documents will be available April 8, 2003.
