- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Business Center has a requirement for maintenance and repair service on government owned AGFA Corporation Picture Archival Communication Systems (PACS). Contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, labor, transportation, test equipment, material, shipping, software and hardware necessary to provide regular and emergency maintenance and repair on government owned PACS in addition to providing appropriate licenses to necessary software and hardware. PM service shall consist of scheduled service inclusive of all intervening service calls. All work performed will be in accordance with manufacturer=92s instructions and specifications including, but not limited to, repair, inspections, adjustments, cleaning, disassembly, replacement of worn or defective parts, calibrations including monitor brightness, and testing required to keep the equipment in optimum operating condition. Contractor will provide software updates and/or releases of operating software installed. In addition Contractor will provide customer service documentation licenses, diagnostic software licenses as required and subscription service to current and ongoing service bulletins. The government intends to purchase these services as a sole source procurement from AGFA Corporation, 100 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, New Jersey 07660-2199. This will be a Veterans Administration, VISN 22 procurement. VISN 22 includes Healthcare System facilities located in Las Vegas, Nevada, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Loma Linda and San Diego, California. The intended contract will be for a base period with the government=92s option to extend the contract for four one-year option periods. Qualified businesses other than the sole source company listed above wishing to receive a copy of this solicitation must submit in writing, certification and evidence that they are able to provide and deliver all functionality and requirements listed herein including access to appropriate hardware and software licenses.=20
