- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and supervision to perform work to replace Air Handling Units at the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina. Work includes replacement of 2 air handling units and associated pumps, controls, and accessories. Project includes general construction, plumbing and electrical work. All work is to be in strict accordance with drawings and specifications. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Hubzone businesses. NAICS 236220 with a small business size standard of $28.5 million applies to this procurement. Bidders are required to submit evidence of their HubZone Certifications with their bid.
