- Description
- Provide professional A&E services to design a construction project that will provide full bathroom facilities for four(4)patient rooms on Ward 4, Bldg. #1; renovate Ward 5 to Hospice; and renovate locker room in boiler plant. All work is to be done in Autodesk Architectural Desktop Version 3.3 and Autodesk Building Systems 3. This is NOT a request for proposal. This is a 100% set-aside for Emerging Small Business(Emerging Small Business is a Small Business concern whose size is no greater than 50% of the numerical size standard of $4.0 million)applicable to the North American Industry Classification System. NAICS code is 541310. Total construction cost is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. All design work is to be completed within 60 calendar days after award. See numbered notes # 24.
