- Description
- The Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA ) has identified a need to establish a contract to support and maintain service of the National Hazardous Material Registry. The anticipated period of performance includes a base year and four one-year options, if exercised. CLIN0001: Maintain reliable and efficient operation of the NHMRR website est 125 Hours. CLIN 0002 Develop, maintain and update point-to-point system est 125 HR.CLIN 0003. Maintain liaison with state and Indian tribes routing agencies est .100 HR. CLIN 0004. Develop state route submission system and provide technical support est. 50 HR. CLIN0005 Produce an annual Federal Register notice est 50 HR. CLIN 0006 Develop, introduce and enhance the NHMRR website features, est 50 HR. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, open to both Small and Large business. The FMCSA anticipates posting the solicitation to the government electronic point of entry, Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fedbizops.gov) on or about February 19, 2003. Estimated due date for proposals is April 15, 2003. All responsible sources meeting the requirements listed in the solicitation may submit a proposal, which will be considered by FMCSA.
