- Description
- Today the Department of Energy (DOE) is publishing its final draft Performance Work Statement for the A-76 Financial Services Study. As previously announced, the Service Provider will not be requested to operate DOE?s legacy accounting and reporting systems, DISCAS and MARS. Rather, the Service Provider will only be required to operate the new web-based ORACLE Federal Financials system, STARS. The Service Provider will be brought on-board in sufficient time to receive training from DOE on the agency specific design and configuration of STARS. The current schedule for STARS implementation is October 1, 2004. Workload is provided under DOE?s legacy systems.
