- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Missouri is seeking sources capable of providing Clerical Services in the following locations in Missouri: Concordia, Clinton, and Dexter. This acquisition is being conducted pursuant to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 as government personnel currently provide these services. This synopsis is not a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. NRCS intends to perform a cost comparison study in order to determine the most cost effective service provider. Accordingly, a contract may or may not be awarded as a result of the study/cost comparison. If a contractor is selected as the service provider, an award will be made in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 and all other applicable NRCS and federal government acquisition regulations. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110. We anticipate a solicitation will be issued on or about April 21, 2003. The Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 7.303 requires identification of a reasonable number of potential sources. For that purpose register your interest in this solicitation by providing your firms name, address, phone number, and business size status to the point of contact listed for this solicitation by April 4, 2003. It is preferred that you register via email.
