- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is planning an A-76, Direct Conversion with Cost Comparison Study of Clerical and Administrative Assistance Services in East Lansing, Michigan. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. Major clerical support tasks include general office support functions (telephone, reception, typing, filing copying, faxing), word processing, handbook editing and correlation. This is NOT a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. Prospective offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 56110. The solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities site when it is released. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be released approximately April 21, 2003.
