- Timber Stand Examinations/Regeneration Surveys, RFQ 14-03-024 Issue 3/31/2003 Due 4/30/2003. The Kootenai National Forest, Rexford Ranger District is soliciting quotes for Timber Stand Examinations/Regeneration Surveys consisting of two items. Item No. 1 with between 1000 to 1400 Regen. Surveys and 800 to 1000 Common Stand Exam plots. Item No. 2 with between 1000 to 1200 Common Stand Exam plots. Award will be made by item. Quotes will be take for 2003 and 2004 requirements. Only 2003 requirements will be awarded at this time with the option to award 2004 requirements when funding becomes available in FY2004. Estimated start work date is May 1, 2003 with a completion date of December 1, 2003.
