- Border and Transportation Security, INS Administrative Center, Laguna Niguel, CA (ACL) is requesting quotations for a commercial item fixed price requirements supply contract, which will include one base year and two one-year options. This requirement is for the U.S. Border Patrol located at 1150 Birch, Calexico, CA 92231, and requires delivery of Redi-Mix Concrete with various mix designs and quantities to be delivered to several construction sites in the vicinity of the U.S./Mexico International Border and along the All American Canal, approximately 26 miles West of the Calexico Port of Entry (200 First Street, Calexico, CA 92231), and approximately 40 miles East of the Calexico Port of Entry (from the Imperial Sand Dunes to the West Side Main and various sites throughout the Imperial Valley, California) This is a 100 % small business set-aside. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 327320 - Redi-Mixed Concrete Manufacturing and Distributing.
