Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement for written information from SMALL BUSINESSES only. The North American Industry Classification system code is 541511. This is NOT a solicitation announcement for proposals and NO contract will be awarded from this announcement. NO reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in reponse to this announcement and any follow up information requests. NO telephonic calls requesting a solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. There is NO solicitation available at this time. Response shall not exceed 10 pages. Information shall focus on the capability to provide the services defined below and in the draft Statement of Work. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is performing a market survey to identify small businesses that have the technical capabilities that can support the Office of Environmental Information (OEI), Office of Information Analysis and Access (OIAA), Environmental Analysis Division (EAD). Small businesses with the capability of providing these services are invited to submit, in writing, information within the page limit (10 pages or less), which demonstrates their ability to fulfill this requirement. Responses, including the vendor's business status (i.e. small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), etc.), should be mailed via US postal mail to: U.S. EPA, ATTN: Andrea Brunsman, Mail Code 3803R, 1200 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20460. Courier or Express mail should be brought to: U.S. EPA, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20004. Capabilities statement shall be submitted no later that March 28, 2003.
