- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, Detachment Washington, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one Base Year and two option years for the Navy Public Works Center Washington, D.C. FAR Clause 52-217-9 "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract" shall be incorporated into the contract. The purpose of this requirement is for the preparation for State, Official and Special Military Funerals. This requirement is to procure tour buses with a delivery date to be determined within a 24-hour notice. The tour buses must accommodate approximately 53 passengers for an eight to ten hour use. The tour buses must be on call within a 24- hour notice. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Register prior to award. This award will be made to the offeror, consistent with the requirements of the solicitation, who is determined to provide the lowest cost, technically acceptable offer to the government.
