- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Kise, Straw & Kolodner, Inc., 123 S. Broad Street, Suite 1270, Philadelphia, PA 19109 to conduct Phase III Archaeological Investigations, which inclu des data recovery of existing cultural resources, for the Cuddebackville Dam Removal Project, Orange County, New York. This Notice of Intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This not ice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS Code is 541320 with a size standard of $6.0 million.
