Description

NA The US Army Research Laboratory,Adelphi MD 20783, plans to issue a Solicitation for Preventive Maintenancs Service plus accessories for the Electron Microscopes, W/FEG JEM2010F Serial number 13872957 and the JEM2010 Serial number 13500920, for one year and four option years. The Government intends to solicit only one source, Jeol USA, INC.11 Dearborn RD. PO Box 6043 Peabody MA 6043, under the authority of FAR 6.302. The solicitation will be will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website a t http://wwwfebizopps.gov. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within fifteen da ys after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. No telephone requests will be honored. See numbered note 22.
