- MEMORANDUM FOR: ALL POTENTIAL SOURCES FROM: WR-ALC/LBKA 265 Ocmulgee Ct Robins AFB, GA 31098-1647 SUBJECT: Solicitation for Information or Planning Purposes-Repair of two 54H60-117 props, Repair for one GPU part number GTC85-71A, PDM for one C-130A and one C-130L382Gcommercial for the country of Mexico 1. SOLICITATION FOR PLANNING PURPOSES, FAR 52.215-3 (APR 11984)(a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and Proposal (B&)) cost, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although proposal and offeror are used in this Request for Information (RFI), your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This solicitation is issued for the purposes of obtaining budgetary cost information (BCI) REPAIR FOR TWO 54H60-117 PROPS, REPAIR FOR ONE GPU PART NUMBER GTC85-71A, PDM FOR ONE C-130A AND ONE C-130L382G. 2. Please note that funding is not available for this effort. At this point, we have only a need for budgetary information. Your acceptance of this effort is entirely at your discretion. A response by 21 April 03 would be appreciated. If this is not enough time to prepare a budgetary estimate, kindly notify Cheryl J. Ficklin at the number shown below.
