- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Tantalum Metal Powder. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F33DOL30560300. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325920, with a small business standard size of 750 employees. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for Tantalum Metal Powder 1-5 Micron, 99.8% Purity PN: CAS-7440-25-7, mesh requirement less than 2500 APS. Deliver to Eglin AFB, FL 32542.
