- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 3, is seeking HUB Zone or 8(a) firms that specialize in demolition. The Manhattan VAMC is considering a project that will incude the removal of a reinforced concrete planter in the atrium the outpatient clinic of the hospital, and the fill in and patching of the floor and columns with quarry tile that matches the existing tile in the atrium area.
