- Description
- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) intends to award a purchase order for B-module exterior soffit replacement. Contractor will remove the existing exterior wood slat and acoustical grid soffit/ceiling located on east, west, and north sides of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, South Campus, Rall Building, B Module, first floor and install a new Hunter Douglas Architectural Products Inc. concealed snap-in metal (aluminum) pan ceiling system including new recessed lights. NIEHS is located at Research Triangle Park, NC. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) package -ESV30179 - will be issued on or about April 1, 2003 and will be due on or about April 15, 2003. Requests for RFQ package should be sent to the attention of Elaine Shoaf via e-mail shoaf1@niehs.nih.gov or FAX 919 541-5117 no later than 12:00 Noon EDT on 3/27/03. No telephone requests for the package will be accepted. There will be a site visit at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 9. Attendees must contact David Sawyer, Project Officer, for authorization for admittance to the NIEHS campus for the site visit.
