Description

It is the Government?s intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tripos, Inc., 1699 S. Hanley Road, Suite 303 St. Louis, MO 63144 for Annual Software Support and Update Service for the following licensed software: (1) Sybyl Basic (2 Users), (2) Dynamics Module (1 User), (3) QSAR Module (1 User), (4) Advanced Computation Module (1 User), (5) Network License (2 CPU), (6) ClogP Module (1 User), (7) Distill Module (1 User), (8) Advanced Comfa Module (1 User). A request for quotations is not available. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. See numbered note 22.
