- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ? This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 Commercial Activities Study of Clerical Support Services presently being performed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in North Dakota. This synopsis is NOT a request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. NRCS is seeking sources capable of providing Clerical Support Services in Grafton, North Dakota. Currently the Government in-house workforce performs these services. NRCS is planning a Direct Conversion of Clerical Support Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110, Office Administrative Services. If you are interested in competing for this requirement, please indicate your interest by sending an email or fax to linda.mcarthur@nd.usda.gov or (701) 530-2109 NO LATER THAN MARCH 27, 2003. Telephone responses to this synopsis will not be accepted. All responses from prospective offerors must provide return email address, mailing address, telephone number and fax number. In addition, please specify the following based on NAICS 561110: (1) Is your business large or small? (2) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emergent business, a small disadvantaged business, a veteran-owned small business or a service-disabled veteran-owned small business? (3) If disadvantaged business, specify under which disadvantaged group, and whether your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. (4) Is you firm a certified Hubzone small business? (5) Is your firm a woman-owned small business? No solicitation exists at this time. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be released on or about April 21, 2003. The solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities site when it is released.
