Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Issue Date: March 21, 2003, Closing Date: April 22, 2003. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 195 DARO. Subject RFP is for an IQC with a base year and four option years. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. This is a critical application, configuration control item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
