DESCRIPTION: NSN 2930011579016, RPC03063000722, COOLER, LUBRICATING OIL, Made in accordance with Detroit Diesel (72582) part number 8544803 or Delphi Automotive Systems Franc (F0742) part number 8544803. Quantity of 689 each to be delivered, within 45 days after date of award, to Anniston AL. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note: 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 31 March 2003. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
