- ISSUE DATE: 03/28/03 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to replace sidewalks at USCG Station Castle Hill, Newport, RI (Newport County) The work includes, but is not limited to the removal and disposal of existing sidewalks and the construction of new 4-foot wide concrete sidewalks in the same location. Other work includes replacing the concrete pads near each entryway, regrading and seeding the disturbed areas, and other related site work noted on the drawings. Approximately 450 linear feet of sidewalks will be replaced under this project. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 03/28/03. The due date for receipt of quotations scheduled for 04/18/03. This solicitation is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following web site: http://www.eps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted solely on this web site. Bidders are required to verify the number of amendments issued with the Contracting Officer prior to the bid opening date. Companies not having the capability to download solicitation documents may contact Rhode Island Blue Print, 335 Webster Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920 for a copy of the solicitation package for a non-refundable deposit.
