- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Citizenship, formerly the Immigration and Naturalization Service, is soliciting proposals, on an unrestricted basis, for .40 S&W ammunition. Up to 225 million rounds of ammunition to be acquired over a base period of one year and four option years. North American Industry Classification System code is 332992. The solicitation for this requirement will be available approximately 4/4/03. Distribution of the solicitation will be available only through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web site http://www.fedbizops.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available, and therefore, no written, telephone, or facsimile requests for solicitation will be accepted. All future information concerning this solicitation and any amendments, will be distributed solely through the GSA site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the GSA FedBizOpps site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
