- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center has a requirement for the following books: 5,000 each of Counterterrorism Handbooks (Second Edition-Soft Cover). The Author is Frank Bolz Jr, ISBN: 0849309646, the Catalog # is 0964. Estimated delivery date shall be specified on the quote. Delivery to Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Shipping and Receiving, Building 2400 Glynco, GA 31524. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. No solicitation will be issued. FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
