- RFP 200-0783-NE for the Hartford, Connecticut area is hereby amended to reflect the revised estimated number of inmate days for Line Item 1(a)-residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services for male and female Federal offenders and Line Item 1(b) residential CCC services for pregnant Federal offenders (MINT-Mothers with Infants) as follows: Line Item 1(a) revised estimated number of inmate days is 24,888 (21,228 males/3,660 females) for two-year base period; 12,410 (10,585 males/1,825 females) for option years 1 and 2; and 12,444 (10,614 males/1,830 females) for option year 3, respectively. Line Item 1(b) revised estimated number of inmate days is 2,928 (females) for two-year base period; 1,095 (females) for option years 1 and 2; and 1,098 (females) for option year 3, respectively.
