- THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO A PREVIOUS SOLICITATION NO. 71875. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611, "Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services". The small business size standard is $6 million. In addition, there is a typographical error under Item 14. The text should read as follows: "14. Provide advice and assist royalty-in-kind program office in developing future business plans and expansion strategies and assist in implementing and evaluating full scale operations." The due date for proposal is NOT extended. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-MAR-2003).
