- Amendment 0004 deletes the previous RFP (and previous amendments) and incorporates the new RFP as attached. Major changes have been made to the RFP, specifically in Sections L and M. Some minor changes have been made in most other sections. The Statement of Work remains unchanged from the previous amendments. Please review the amended RFP in its entirety. Only those offerors who previously submitted an offer to the original RFP are invited to submit an offer for the requirement outlined in amendment 0004. Offerors are encouraged to submit a revised proposal; however they are not required to submit a revised proposal. Proposals received in response to the initial RFP and Amendments 0001 ? 0003 will not be evaluated. Offerors who fail to submit a revised proposal will be classified as non-responsive. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of all amendments if they submit a revised proposal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-MAR-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 07-MAR-2003.
