- 65--Picture Archival and Communications System (PACS) for VA Medical Center Bronx, NY with options for four additional VISN 3 locations, including delivery and installation. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or about March 10, 2003. Solicitation will be issued under full and open competition; all responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered.
