- ADD AMENDMENT 0002. The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section I. SCHEDULE OF RECLAIM TRADING CREDITS FOR EXCHANGE of the solicitation and to provide answers to questions that have been submitted. The amendment will be available only via email from the Contracting Officer at curreyse@pendleton.usmc.mil on or after 5 March 2003. Paper copies of the solicitatin or amendments will not be issued. The hour and date specified for the receipt of Offers is not extended. Offers shall be received by 12:00 P.M., PST on 17 March 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-MAR-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 07-MAR-2003.
