- NAVAIR will host a pre-proposal conference on 17 March 2003 at NAS Patuxent River, MD, Building 2189, Room 152 from 0830-1200. Due to space limitation, NAVAIR is requesting only those companies intending to submit a proposal attend. Additionally, please limit attendees to no more than 4 persons per prime/subcontracting team. If interested in attending, please contact the Contract Specialist. Attendees will be required to obtain security badge for this facility from Room 145. ..... To those who have requested the library documentation -- a supplement to the library is being finalized and will be sent out to the addresses previously provided, and is subject to the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. .....
