- NA The Government has a concern that the requirement for a ramp to reach the pier heights as expressed in C.2.A.2 may be excessive and will exclude all vessels in the commercial market. The Government wishes to maintain competition with reasonable requirement s and is considering reducing this requirement. Please advise the Government if you can achieve or not achieve this requirement.
