- Solicitation amended to replace the previous solicitation and return copy with the attached Commercial Item format. Contractors need to return this amendment, and attached pages 2,3 and 17-24. Contractors also need to provide their responses to the evaluation factors (listed on pages 15 & 16). Contractor will provide a machine mounted, vertical shaft brush cutting, thinning and shredding machine with operator to thin pinion and juniper trees and some brush including Mountain Mahogany and wild currant. Treated areas may be in the form of small clear cuts, strips, mosaics, or general thinning. Vegetation will be mulched on site with a minimum of 80% of material being less than 1" in diameter. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-MAR-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 07-MAR-2003.
