Description

This is a modification to the synopsis that appeared on Feb 6, 2003. Change all references to warrant or warranty repair services to non-warranty repiar services. The notice is corrected to read as follows: The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations and Acquisition and Logistics Center, Directorate of Procurement (SOAL K), intends to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to the Raytheon Company, 1010 Production Road, Ft Wayne, IN to furnish non-warranty repair services for its Multi-band, Multi-mission tactical radio (MBMMR). The services will be purchased under the auhtority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Needs. The Government retains the right not to compete this requirement based on replies to this notice. See numbered note 22. Inquiries need to respond to Mr. Marc A. Duval at duvalm@socom.mil.
