- Description
- The United States Postal Service hereby solicits proposals for air transportation of mail to and from Honolulu (HNL) and Pago Pago, American Samoa airstops. Airstops and service windows are defined in Exhibit 1 (page 11), Segment Service Requirements, and Exhibit 2 (page 12), AMC/AMF Tender and Delivery Procedures. This solicitation anticipates one (1) contract award for service segment defined in Exhibit 1. Contract awarded under this solicitation will be for a term of approximately one (1) year beginning on March 15, 2003 and ending March 19, 2004.
