Description

NA Solicitation No. DAMD17-03-R-0010 will be ISSUED ON OR ABOUT 24 March 2003 and proposals will be due on or about 25 April 2003. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and prin t a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments ON OR ABOUT 24 March 2003 at the following website: www.usamraa.army.mil, click on Products, then Solicitations. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with th e Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov or by calling (888)227-2423. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED AND IS NOT set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990 with a size standard of $6,000,000 million in average annual receipts. Scope of Work: Provide on a task assignment basis, scientifi c and technical support services for the US Army Center for Environmental Health Research or other designated federal civilian or DOD agencies. Possible support services utilized, but not limited to, M.S. level Biological Sciences Technician, Animal Care T echnician, B.S. level Chemist, Research Biologist, Research Chemist, Program Director, Program Manager, Administrative Assistant, Illustrator, Editorial Assistant and a Biological Technician. All offerors must provide a written technical proposal discuss ing specified technical evaluation factors and cost proposal for each sample task, which will be an attachment to the RFP. See Note 25. Proposals will be evaluated on a Best Value basis and any resulting contract will be issued as a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee Req uirements Award to include a one-year Base Year and Four Option Years.
