- NA The Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center and the Logistics and Readiness Center (LRC) Communications Directorate are seeking sources for the SuperGroup A Circuit Card Assemblies (quantity 50 each) used in the TD 1236 G, which i s itself used in Digital Group Multiplexer and the High Mobility DGM Assemblages (DGM and HMDA). Background: The Trunk Group Multiplexer (TGM), TD 1236 G, is part of the Digital Group Multiplexer (DGM) family of equipments. It is used in multi-channel communication systems. The TD 1236 G primary function is to multiplex up to four digital group input s of various rates into a SuperGroup and to de-multiplex a SuperGroup into separate groups. The TD 1236 G is installed in shelters or vans. It interfaces with other DGM and nonDGM units in a number of interconnection arrangements. These arrangements are those required by the communications system in which it operates. Although intended for use inside a heated and or air conditioned shelter, the TD 1236 G will operate in arctic climates, tropical climates, desert climates, salt air, and high altitude. Written responses to this announcement should contain a Title Page and Synopsis. The title page should contain the vendor name, date, and the name and telephone number of the author and or other points of contact. The synopsis should provide evidence of vendor experience and briefly summarize the capabilities of the vendor to accomplish the effort described above.
