- NA DESC: 5977-00-179-5163, Part Number 11636068, The item to procure is an Arm Assy, Electrical Contact that consists of a welded guard, brush holder, various brushes, electrical contact, composition 95% silver, 5% graphite, leads, electrical and supporting w iring and connectors. Requirements are 400 each Arm, Electrical Contact. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. FOB is Destination. For use on the M109 Howitzer. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Estimated issue da te is 24 Mar 03. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY03 requirement. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electr onic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because o f this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
