- NA This is a solicitation notice for the painting of miscellaneous equipment. The Government will provide all undercoating compounds and all paint to be used. Each unit will be picked up and delivered at the expense of the contractor. This set aside 100% f or small business. The Standard Industial Classification (SIC) Code is 7532 and the size standard is no more than $6 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
